Our Services

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment in primary care integrates Medication and mental health support.

Medication Assisted Treatment

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with behavioral intervention and support from our Behavioral Health Department. MAT can utilize medication to help with relapse prevention, cravings and withdrawal.

MAT in combination with mental health support can improve outcomes and success in cessation and abstinence. Our Behavioral Health team provides counseling to support SUD patients, utilizing person-centered approaches and evidence-based practices such as CBT.

Peer Support & Harm Reduction

In addition to counseling and medical treatment, we offer one-on-one peer recovery support. Our Behavioral Health Assistant (BHA) and Peer Support Specialist currently facilitates a Harm Reduction Group as part of our Elevate Program. This group provides a safe, judgment-free space to explore strategies for reducing harm, building resilience, and supporting each other through recovery.
