The Mammoth Hospital Clinical Laboratory offers a wide range of testing services including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, coagulation, microbiology, parasitology, urinalysis, virology, toxicology, and pathology. Our certified Clinical Laboratory Scientists work with state-of-the art technology and equipment to provide precise, accurate, and timely results. We provide laboratory services for our local community and visitors.

Mammoth Hospital Clinical Laboratory is accredited by COLA. The clinical laboratory undergoes rigorous biennial inspections ensuring the highest standards and best practices are integrated into our patient care workflows.

Lab Hours

  • Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00) 
  • Saturday – 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
    Sunday – Closed

Outpatient Services and Appointments

To provide our patients with the highest quality and most efficient service, it is recommended that patients make an appointment. To make an appointment, please call or text (760) 924-4090 . We also take walk ups same day without an appointment. A valid order for lab work is required at the time of scheduling.

Our Lab Assistants are trained to provide the following services:

  • Routine Blood Draws and Urinalysis Collection
  • DOT and non-DOT Chain-of-Custody Urine Drug Screen Collection
  • Blood Draws for Specialized Laboratory Testing (A Testing Kit from the Provider or Performing Laboratory is Required)
  • Breath Alcohol Collection

Comprehensive Testing Menu

In addition to the extensive testing performed at Mammoth Hospital Laboratory, we also partner with Lab Corp Reference Lab and ARUP Reference Lab in Salt Lake City. This partnership allows us to provide our patients with access to most laboratory testing available to care providers in the nation.

Your Laboratory and Anatomic Pathology Results

Upon completion of testing, your results will be sent to the ordering provider listed on your test requisition. Your provider will discuss these results with you and how they relate to your overall healthcare needs.

Lab Wellness Program

Mammoth Hospital offers a Lab Wellness Program on the third Tuesday of every month from 7:00am-5:00pm.
