Behavioral Health

Mammoth Hospital’s Behavioral Health team uses an Integrative Behavioral Health model (IBH) in primary care. This collaborative, team approach, merges both mental and physical health to provide a more whole person approach. We provide both short term and long-term therapy across a few different clinics.

  • With this model, your care team includes your Primary Care Provider or Pediatrician, Behavioral Health Care Manager, and a Psychiatric Consultant, all working together to support your overall well-being.
  • We offer brief, focused 30-minute sessions with a Behavioral Health Provider to help you manage specific symptoms or stressors that may be affecting your health. This solution-focused approach gives you practical tools to improve your daily life.
  • If additional support is needed, our psychiatrist can assist with medication management. For those who may benefit from longer-term therapy, we also offer limited 60-minute sessions in our traditional clinic for more in-depth treatment and ongoing support.
