Rhiannon’s Kids Fund

Rhiannon’s Kids provides financial support to Mammoth Hospital pediatric patients who have to travel out of the area for specialized medical care.

To qualify, patients must first be approved by a Mammoth Hospital Pediatrician who deems their out-of-area care a necessity. Families can then access assistance by submitting completed reimbursement applications along with itemized receipts and proof of appointment(s).

Rhiannon’s Kids is funded entirely by community donations and we aim to offer financial support to all pediatric patients in need.

Reimbursement Process

If your family has been approved for Rhiannon’s Kids funding by your Mammoth Hospital Pediatrician, please submit reimbursement applications within 60 days of your medical trip(s).

Print application in English , Print application in Spanish , or pick up in the Pediatric Clinic.

You are required to provide proof of appointment and itemized receipts for lodging and food expenses. Gas is reimbursed at a flat rate based on the medical facility location.
