Appointments

To schedule or confirm an appointment, please call our main line at (760) 934-3311 . If you are a new patient, we recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time for registration.

What to Bring

Please bring the following items:

  • A valid photo ID
  • Your insurance card(s)
  • A list of current medications
  • Any necessary medical records or referrals
  • Co-payments or payment arrangements if applicable

During Your Visit

Check-In

When you arrive, check in at the front desk of your scheduled department. Our staff will verify your information and assist with any paperwork.

Your Care Team

Our team includes board-certified physicians, nurses, technicians, and support staff, all working together to ensure your comfort, safety, and recovery.

Language Assistance

Interpreter services are available for patients and families at no cost. Please let us know in advance if you require assistance.

Hospital Stays

Visiting Hours

Visitors are welcome from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Quiet hours begin at 8:00 PM to support patient rest. Special accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Inpatient Rooms

All patient rooms are designed for comfort and healing, with mountain views, private bathrooms, and Wi-Fi access.

Meals & Nutrition

Our Food & Nutrition Services team prepares fresh, healthy meals with special attention to dietary needs or restrictions.


Billing & Insurance

Mammoth Hospital accepts most major insurance plans. If you have questions about coverage, co-pays, or billing, please contact our Patient Financial Services team at (760) 924-4148 .

We also offer financial assistance programs for qualifying patients. Applications are available at registration or online.


After Your Visit

Follow-Up Care

You may receive a follow-up call or instructions for future appointments, lab work, or rehabilitation. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions.

To request a copy of your medical records, contact our Health Information Management Department at (760) 924-4041 or submit a request through our Patient Portal .
