Sophia Schuldt

Biography

Sophia Schuldt is the Population Health Manager at Mammoth Hospital. She was born and raised in Mammoth before moving to southern California to pursue a music performance degree. After 2 years, she discovered that biology was her true calling, and completed her undergrad in biological science at Arizona State University. She is currently finishing up a master’s degree in biological data analysis.

Within the Population Health department, Sophia monitors the overall health of several community populations. With this information, she pinpoints areas of improvement for Mammoth Hospital clinics, particularly within the scope of disease management and preventive care. She serves as the primary coordinator for the QIP program and as the ACO Champion. In her free time, Sophia enjoys playing violin, climbing, traveling, and playing with her crazy Australian Shepherd, Schubert.
