Ryan Stites, MD

Biography

Ryan Stites is a west coast native. He grew up in Truckee, California. He graduated with a degree in Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno. Ryan then went on to complete medical school at The University College Dublin part of the National University of Ireland. His residency was completed at The University of Washington in Seattle while specializing in Regional Anesthesia at Virginia Mason Medical Center. The past 15 years Ryan has been working at Renown in Reno, but recently decided to change career paths. Currently he is working at the ROC in Reno while helping in Mammoth Lakes when he can.

Ryan feels incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to provide care for the Mammoth Lakes community while enjoying what the Eastern Sierra has to offer. In his spare time, he loves hanging out with his wife, twin 15-year-old boys, and 13-year-old daughter. They enjoy skiing, golfing, hiking and traveling.
