Biography

Paul Polishuk, MD, MS is a board-certified Urologist. He has been practicing in Escondido since 1998 and continues to practice Urology with Graybill Medical Group while providing Urology services at Mammoth Hospital part-time.

Dr. Polishuk enjoys practicing all areas of Urology. He enjoys getting to know his male and female patients, and helping them to overcome diseases and conditions of the Urinary System. His areas of specialty interest include kidney stones, diseases of the prostate, incontinence, and male infertility.

Dr. Polishuk earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1984. He went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Forensic Chemistry from California State University at Sacramento in 1989. After college he worked in several Crime Laboratories as a scientist, until entering medical school in 1989.

Dr. Polishuk earned his medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 1993. He completed his Urology residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin in 1998.

Dr. Polishuk is also a Voluntary Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of California, San Diego, Health Sciences. He is the Chairman of Urology at Palomar Medical Center, and recently worked successfully to elevate Urology to Department status. He is a member of the American Urological Association.
