Biography

Lance Georgeson has been a Physical Therapist in Mammoth Lakes for more than 25 years, specializing in Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. Throughout his career, he has pursued advanced training in manual therapy techniques for both the spine and extremities, allowing him to deliver highly skilled, hands-on care tailored to each patient’s needs.

As a Certified Clinical Instructor, Lance is passionate about education. He enjoys mentoring physical therapy students and empowering clients with the knowledge and tools they need to recover fully and perform at their best.

Since 2004, Lance has worked as a traveling therapist for the U.S. Ski & Snowboard teams, gaining extensive experience treating elite and developing athletes. He is comfortable working with athletes at all levels, from youth competitors to professionals, and has a special interest in rotational sports such as golf, freestyle skiing, and snowboarding. He also served four years as the head baseball coach at Mammoth High School, further strengthening his expertise in athletic development and performance.

Lance has completed coursework in Therapeutic Neuroscience Education, equipping him with advanced strategies to help individuals experiencing chronic pain better understand and manage their symptoms. In addition, he is certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), using their evidence-based assessment and training methods to help golfers achieve a more efficient swing and play pain-free.
