Kelli Moore, BCPA, RMA

Biography

Kelli Moore is a Patient Care Navigator in the Population Health Department, a Registered Medical Assistant and Board Certified Patient Advocate. She supports Mammoth Hospital’s patients who participate in our Chronic Care Management program. Kelli works with patients throughout the entire patient journey, focusing on preventative health. Kelli also supports the hospital’s activities associated with the Accountable Care Organization, serving our Medicare patients, and works on grants for our Medi-Cal population such as QIP (Quality Improvement Project). Kelli has lived in the Eastern Sierra off and on for the past 33 years. Kelli enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, kids 15 and 17, and her Australian Sheppard.
