Biography

Dr. Chiu was born in Taiwan and moved to the Los Angeles area with his family when he was two years old. He grew up in a small L.A. suburb called Diamond Bar. Dr, Chiu went to Diamond Bar High School, then UCR for undergraduate, and finally UCLA for dental school.

Dr. Chiu was classmates with the previous adult dentist here, Dr. Robert Jungman, and the two remain close friends. Dr. Chiu's dad and older brother are both general dentists who Dr. Chiu has been in private practice with for the past five years.

Dr. Chiu spends most of his free time skiing in the winter and wilderness backpacking in the summer. He enjoys staying fit by lifting weights at the gym, swimming, and yoga. Dr. Chiu loves his Subaru Outback and cooking healthy foods.
