Emotional Wellbeing

  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO). Full and part-time employees start by accruing up to 5 weeks of PTO annually. We want you to have ample time off to play in the wilderness or just hang with your family and recharge.
  • Family Support through our hospital Little Lupins Preschool for ages 2-6 to help our working parents. The hospital and our Foundation subsidize the cost of care to make it affordable for staff. When you are at work, we want you to know that your little ones are cared for and having a blast so you can focus on your patients.
  • Employee Assistance Program is an anonymous, free mental health counseling service for employees and their families. If an employee needs more support than we can provide via the Care for the Caregiver program ensures our front line staff have a space to be cared for after experiencing a traumatic or stressful event at work.

Physical Wellbeing

  • ELEVATE is our community wellness program and employees get a discount to attend classes. Our staff participate in teaching these classes as a way to give back to our patients in a different way outside of the clinical setting. Mammoth Hospital staff lead yoga classes, grief and MS support groups, emotional wellbeing workshops and more. Employees of Mammoth Hospital also get free access to a variety of amazing programming such as Weight Management Workshop, Meditation classes, Tai Chi, and more!
  • Keep your body fit with our local Snowcreek Health Club where employees get a discount.
  • Major Medical is accrued by full and part-time employees to be used for surgery, emergencies, or major illnesses.
  • Sick Time is provided to per diem employees to cover time off when ill.
