Elevate Impact Report: A Year of Community Wellness

Elevate Impact Report

Over the past year, Elevate continued to bring health and wellness beyond the walls of Mammoth Hospital and into the places where our community lives, works, plays, and connects.

Through partnerships with local schools, employers, athletic teams, community organizations, and healthcare providers, Elevate expanded opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to move, learn, connect, and take an active role in their health.

That work included youth wellness and sports programs, workplace injury prevention and safety training, adaptive wellness experiences, senior fitness programs, community events, ongoing movement and mindfulness classes, and Community Circles offering connection and support around shared experiences.

The numbers tell part of the story: 1,567 wellness class visits, 562 Industrial Sports Medicine sessions, 293 concussion baseline tests, 389 work conditioning visits, and 228 Community Circle visits, along with hundreds more people reached through classes, events, education, and community partnerships.

But Elevate’s impact is about more than numbers. It is about helping people feel stronger, more confident, more connected, and better supported in their everyday lives.

As we look ahead, Elevate will continue working with community partners to expand access, create more opportunities for connection, and bring whole-person health to even more people across Mammoth Lakes and the Eastern Sierra.

Together, we rise.
