Dr. Jennifer Burrows brings over 25 years of experience in nursing, specializing in critical care and emergency medicine. She has held leadership roles, including Deputy Director for Mono County Public Health, where she led community health initiatives. Currently, she serves as an Adjunct Professor at Cerro Coso Community College and as Healthcare Industry Sector Coordinator for Sierra Jobs First, driving healthcare workforce development.

Dr. Burrows holds an Ed.D., MSN, and PHN, reflecting her commitment to healthcare excellence and education. Her expertise includes healthcare leadership, public health, critical care, and workforce development.

Dr. Burrows is an active leader in her community. She serves as President of the San Pasqual Union School District and Executive Director of the San Pasqual School Foundation. She has held roles as Commissioner of the Escondido Older Adult and Community Services Commission, Commissioner of the Personnel Review Board for the City of Escondido, and Co-Chair of the Mammoth Planning and Economics Commission. Additionally, she has served as President of the Mammoth Middle School Organization.
