Dennis Crunk, M.D., Secretary
Dennis Crunk, M.D., is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician at Mammoth Hospital’s Sierra Park Family Medicine Clinic. Dennis has lived and worked in Mammoth Lakes since 1983. In 1995, after owning and operating a private practice for over 13 years, he closed the practice and began working for the District in opening their new family medicine outpatient clinic.

| Director for Sierra Life Flight. Dr. Crunk was elected to the Southern Mono Healthcare District Board in November 2010 and is honored to have the opportunity to serve the hospital and community. Dennis is married and has two adult children.
