“The Press Ganey patient satisfaction surveys help us in assessing what is important to our patients. We see what we are doing right and where we can improve to make our patient experience more satisfying. The surveys allow us to benchmark against many hospitals nationwide to determine best practices. We are pleased to receive many individual comments from our patients which direct our efforts towards improvements. We also receive many wonderful positive comments of our staff members and use these to recognize staff and celebrate our successes. We thank everyone who has completed a survey.
